- A new Javascript rotating main menu, an automatic site language selection and a faster latitude filter for the search processes were implemented (October 1st, 2007).

This site makes it possible to record, in the form of ads, the characteristics of goods to rent and to search for already recorded ads. The posting of ads on behalf of sponsors is provided too.
2) Applicable law
These general conditions concern Swiss law and, for any litigation, the legal jurisdiction is Geneva (Switzerland).
3) Responsibility and guarantees as for the use of the site
VEHICALL is not liable, in any case, for: all consequential material and/or immaterial damages, foreseeable or not (including loss of profits) arousing from the supply or use or total or partial impossibility to use the services provided on this site; contents of the ads, the Web pages or other sites to which the user is redirected via hypertext links; the results of the occurence of any unforeseeable, external event or 'act of God' (earthquake, storm, flood, etc.); the transactions associated with the rentals, shared rentals, exchanges or sponsors; the provision as well as the use of the rentals, shared rentals, exchanges; the payments for the transactions.
